No Union Dues Increase
- Eliminate .45 cents increase beginning July 2022
- No dues increase in 2022 or 2023
- Candidates will, if necessary, forego stipends for the remainder of the year and adjust the 2023 budget to eliminate increases
- We are currently dealing with the highest inflation rate in 40 years and members need some relief with rising costs at every turn

- Update calendar to include future meeting dates and times, election information and other important events and dates
- Post Steps & Titles on webpage so that members can calculate that their salary is accurate
- Create site for members to login to access meeting notes and other sensitive documents
- Disclosure of your Local 1321 President having a combined salary of over $120,000 (working full-time as Local 1321 President and part-time as DC37 Secretary) Is this a concern?

- Based on daily average of 5-minutes to fill out survey and forward to Supervisors, staff members have given 3+ days to the Library without being paid

25-day Involuntary Transfer
- Compensation for members or work to eliminate
- A destructive practice that uproots an employee for 5 weeks that affects all members in public service
- Used regularly as a tool to assist Administration in keeping staffing levels low
- NYPL and BPL do not have such a practice in their working conditions contract

Kronos
- 5-minute grace period, both at start and end of workday without Supervisor approval (currently cannot punch out 5 minutes before closing, delaying our departure)
- Expand grace periods at starting time for travel emergencies

- Travel Reimbursements for Temporary Assignment, from $9.00 to $20.00, automatically added to Kronos and no receipts necessary
- Extreme Temperature Conditions from 62 - 85/44 percent humidity to 65 - 81 using comparison to NYPL and BPL working condition contracts and in line with OSHA guidelines
